 Hometown Favourites Cookbook Collections of recipes from the North Shore The North Shore Community Association is proud to bring you this mouth-watering collection of favourite home-town recipes. We hope some of them will become your favourites too! Most of the recipes presented here find their origins in towns such as Port-Cartier, Seven Islands, Baie-Comeau as well as the Lower North Shore.
